•We accept returns incase the product you receive is not in its intended condition, is damaged or missing parts. We would be happy to replace the product.

• Cleaning your items regularly will help you
maintain them for a long time, make sure that you
clean your product gently with a soft lightly damp
cloth; using a rough rag and pressing it hard
against the wood might lead to minor scratches.

• To protect your product from moisture, avoid
placing it in direct contact with damp walls. We
recommend wiping the moisture promptly with a dry, soft & lint free cloth.
• Use vegetable oil to grease the inner surface of
the servewares once in a while.
